1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the SpendTensor platform. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Each organization owner controls role assignments and member invitations. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and access continues until then. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Enterprise plans are governed by a separate order form which prevails over these terms where they conflict.
4. Acceptable use
You may not attempt to breach or probe the security of the service, reverse engineer it, resell access without written permission, submit unlawful content, or use the platform to violate the terms of any AI provider you connect. We may rate limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that abuse the service or its APIs.
5. Your data
You retain all rights to the data you connect or submit. You grant SpendTensor a limited licence to process it solely to operate and improve the service for you. We do not use your prompt or completion content to train models. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Third-party providers
SpendTensor reads usage and cost data from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft Azure, and AWS. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing changes, or the accuracy of the data they report. Cost figures are estimates for planning and should be reconciled against your provider invoices of record.
7. Availability
We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service on self-serve plans. Contracted uptime commitments are available on Enterprise agreements.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. SpendTensor's aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Termination
You may cancel at any time from the billing portal. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms. On termination we delete your provider credentials immediately and remaining organization data within 30 days.
10. Changes and contact
